Booking Conditions
Payment and Cancellation policy – Standard Rate and Room Only Rate:
- Payment upon check-in or check-out.
- Cancellation is free of charge if made by 3pm Brussels time (GMT+1), the day before your arrival date.
- For late cancellation or no-show, the first night cost is charged 100% to the credit card provided as guarantee.
Payment and Cancellation policy – Non Refundable Rate:
- The total price of the reservation (except city taxes) is charged upon reservation on the credit card provided.
- If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the amount previously charged will not be refunded.
- The amount for the city taxes should be paid upon check-in or check-out.
