Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

1. Non refundable rate.

· The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.

2. Standard rate.

· Cancellation is free of charge if made by 12 pm Brussels time (GMT+1) the day before your arrival date.

· For late cancellation or no-show, the first night cost is charged 100% to the credit card provided as guarantee.

Special conditions (groups*)

· Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%

· Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %

· More than 3 weeks before arrival: 20 %

(*) groups = Every booking of 5 or more rooms
