Cancellation delay:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before arrival (at 15h00 local Brussels time at least) otherwise the first night (and related breakfast if online booked) will be billed. Only written cancellations will be considered by the hotel.

Aris Hotel reserves the right, if necessary, to move your reservation to another hotel, from the same standard, situated at walking distance (less than 10 minutes by foot) from the originally chosen hotel.
