Booking Conditions
Cancellation policy :
- For any cancellation before 4pm Brussels time (GMT+1), the day of your arrival, the cancellation is free of charge (except for special rates, group rates, SeaFood rates, prepaid rates)
- For late cancellation or no-show , the full amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.
If you would like to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us by email at res@le-chatelain.com. We will confirm your request as soon as possible.
The advance purchase reservations are non refundable, non changeable. The credit card will be charged at time of booking. In case of specific request, thank you to contact the hotel directly.
