BELVUE Project: much more than just a hotel

In Europe massive unemployment of young people is a crime against future generations. That is the reason why we are firmly committed, for each passing year, to offer training to 115 young people coming from the neighbourhood. We are here for helping them to find a proper job after they have passed some moments and time of their lifes to serve you.

The Hotel Belvue is located on the site of the former brewery dating back to the early 20th century and which has been vacant since 2006. Part of the site has been renovated and another demolished for the construction of this very low-energy building: it is the first passive hotel in Brussels! The district of Molenbeek is pleased to welcome you in this innovative project and wishes you a pleasant stay!

Located at 300 meters from "Grand - Place", in a busy area full of restaurants, snacks, bars (and above metro station "De Brouckère"), our 140-unit aparhotel proposes either studios of 25 m2 for 2 persons or 1-bedroom apartment of 45 m2 for 4 persons. They all have kettle, coffee machine, fridge (and refrigerator in 1-bedroom apartment), free wifi access, flat 58-TV screen, DVD & CD player, USB reader. A safe, parquet and A/C are some other facilities proposed.  Our 24h reception with multilingual staff is available throughout your stay.  A 24h laundry room is available as well (paying), with outside laundry/dry cleaning facilities too in week days (with fee). Daily cleaning from 1-3 nts, weekly from 4 nts. Some extra gift as from 28 consecutive nights. Accor loyalty card "Le Club" is of course welcome !
