Booking Conditions
The cancellation policy depends on the rate you have chosen (Please, refer to its name and see detail below).
1) GENERAL POLICY
Cancellation:
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Prepayment:
- No deposit will be charged.
2) NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Prepayment:
- The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable.
- The dates of the stay cannot be modified.
- The credit card used when booking must be presented at check-in (+ see point 8).
3) GROUPS RESERVATIONS (more than 4 rooms):
Special conditions are applied in the case of group reservations. Please, contact us in order to get our best conditions (info@chelton.be / +32 (0) 2 735 20 32).
4) SUPPLEMENTS
CITY TAX (not included on the room rate. Will be added at check-in)
MEALS:
- Breakfast: unless stated otherwise, the Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can add it to the second stage of the booking process.
Week days from 7 to 10; Week-ends & holidays from 7 to 11.
EXTRA BED: It is possible to add an extra bed (on demand) in some of our rooms. Please contact us. When available, the rate is 25€/night.
PARKING: We have 4 parking spaces in our garage reserved for hotel guests. They are subject to availability. For organizational reasons, we can not reserve slots in advance.
5) NO SMOKING HOTEL
- We would like to recall our customers that our rooms and interior spaces are strictly NO SMOKING areas. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of € 120.00 will be charged to the room. Ashtrays are available on the terraces and on the porch. Thanks for your understanding.
6) CHILDREN / BABIES
Maximum 1 baby cot on request can be provided free of charge in the room.
Maximum 1 baby (less than 4 years old) or 1 child (less than 13 years old) sleeps free of charge in existing bedding.
7) ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel grounds.
8) IMPORTANT
Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that we cannot charge a CC without the authorization of the owner. Therefore, if the name on the ID card or passport is not matching the one on the credit card, a written permission from the card holder must be presented. (Form on request).
Payment Policy
Paying your reservation
All reservations are due to be paid prior to arrival, by credit card.
Upon reservation a valid credit card must be given, in order to guarantee and secure your reservation. Credit card MUST expire after the event.
The provided credit card which will be charged by the Brussels Booking Desk.
If you cancel for any reason and/or attempt to modify this reservation – exceeding the specified cancellation policy -, or do not arrive (“no-show”) on your confirmed arrival date, your payment is non-refundable.
Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
