Cancellation conditions
The cancellation policy depends on the rate you have chosen (Please, refer to its name and see detail below).
1) GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation:
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- No deposit will be charged.
2) NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Prepayment:
- The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable.
- The dates of the stay cannot be modified.
- The credit card used when booking must be presented at check-in (+ see point 9).
3) "NO CREDIT CARD" RATE
- The room will not be guarantee after 6pm on the date of arrival.
- Payment will be required at Check-In.
- A security deposit of MAX 120€ in cash may be requested if no CC is provided at Check-in.
4) GROUPS RESERVATIONS (> 4 rooms):
- Special condition applies in the case of a group reservations.

5) SUPPLEMENTS
City tax (not included in the room rate)
- 4,24€ per room per night will be added at check-in in the hotel
Meals:
- Breakfast: unless stated otherwise, the Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can add it to the second stage of the booking process.
Week days from 7 to 10; Week-ends & holidays from 7 to 11.
- Diner: we can reserve a table for you on request.
6) NO SMOKING
- The Hotel is strictly NON SMOKING. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of €120.00 will be charged to the room.
7) CHILDREN / BABIES / EXTRA BED
- Maximum 1 baby cot on request can be provided free of charge in the room.
- Maximum 1 baby (less than 4 years old) or 1 child (less than 13 years old) sleeps free of charge in existing bedding.
- No extra bed available.
8) ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel grounds.
9) IMPORTANT
Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that we cannot charge a CC without the authorization of the owner. Therefore, if the name on the ID card or passport is not matching the one on the credit card, a written permission from the card holder must be presented. (Form on request).
