Booking Conditions
Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.
Flexible rate, the cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival without fee. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. Always cancel with proven fax or mail. All cancellations within 24 hours before arrival , the first night will be billed.
If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel will charge you for a 1 night stay.
Non-refundable or non-changeable rate (AP15D), no cancellation or change are possible.
Special conditions (groups*)
- Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
- Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
- More than 3 weeks before arrival: Free
(*) groups = Every booking of 8 or more rooms
